ConductorAI is hiring an FDE Lead to lead and empower a growing forward-deployed engineering team while working onsite with customers, configuring and supporting software, translating user feedback into product requirements, debugging systems, and building LLM-powered AI applications. The role requires Python and TypeScript, customer-facing technical communication, autonomy in ambiguous environments, and experience with defense, intelligence, or national security work. It is based in the Washington, DC area, requires up to 50% domestic and OCONUS travel, and offers a base salary of $200,000–$260,000 plus equity.
