Micron Technology is seeking a Semiconductor Frontend Engineer to develop and deploy model-based solutions that improve frontend yield, quality, and technology ramp performance. The role applies virtual structure modeling, process simulation or emulation, advanced analytics, and AI to lithography, film, and etch interactions; collaborates with cross-functional manufacturing teams; supports solution deployment and technology transfer; and contributes to research, mentoring, and capability building. Candidates need a relevant master’s or PhD, more than five years of semiconductor industry experience, knowledge of frontend processes, and proficiency in design of experiments, data analytics, visualization, and scientific programming languages.
