Description
Apple is hiring a chip-design engineer in Cupertino, California and other unanticipated locations throughout the United States to work on front-end design synthesis, large-chip integration, timing analysis, formal verification, lint checks, multi-clock and multi-power-domain design, floor-planning, placement, congestion, setup/hold timing closure, ECOs, RTL-to-netlist generation, netlist quality, and PPA optimization. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and experience with hardware description languages, synthesis tools, Unix/Linux scripting, statistical timing analysis, lint and CDC analysis, logic-equivalence checking, and datapath design. The base pay range is $174,149 to $225,300 per year, with medical and dental coverage and other benefits.
