Apple is hiring a VLSI Design Engineer in Austin, Texas to optimize and implement chip designs, perform synthesis, static timing analysis, power-integrity checks, signoff, engineering change-order implementations, linting, and logic optimization. The role requires a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related field, two years of experience in the offered or related occupation, and experience with VLSI design, HDL, Perl and Python scripting, physical design, synthesis, simulation, debugging, and GPU architectures.
