Description
AUMOVIO is hiring an SMT Production Engineer to lead strategic plant projects, implement engineering changes, and drive quality and manufacturing improvements. The role requires a completed engineering or related degree, 2–4 years of SMT equipment-process experience, knowledge of AOI/AXI, laser marking, IPC A-610, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industrial safety, plus at least one year of people-management experience. The position also involves meeting scrap and quality targets, applying Six Sigma problem-solving methods, and maintaining 5S standards.
