Description
The Feasibility Development Manager supports Ada Infrastructure’s Global Design & Innovation team by evaluating technical, regulatory, commercial, environmental, permitting, utility, market, and infrastructure factors for potential data center sites. The role coordinates with engineering, real estate, legal, energy, sustainability, delivery, and operations teams; assesses site suitability and permitting risks; evaluates alternative energy solutions; develops feasibility reporting tools; and supports investment decisions and executive presentations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7–10 years of infrastructure development, feasibility, site selection, or technical due diligence experience, with data center or critical infrastructure experience preferred. The position is office-based, may require domestic and international travel of up to 20%, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
