Description
The Feasibility Manager conducts hotel feasibility studies, market research, financial underwriting, investment analysis, and portfolio planning for hotel development opportunities across India and South West Asia. The role evaluates new-build hotels, conversions, repositioning projects, management and franchise deals, and major renovations; builds financial models and proformas; analyzes returns and risks; prepares market intelligence and feasibility reports; and presents recommendations to internal stakeholders. It requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, knowledge of India hospitality markets, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
