Ford is hiring a Feature Systems Engineer to own global core project responsibility for modem data protection, customer connectivity settings, and vehicle-to-FordPass app connectivity, including modem activation. The role leads embedded-systems and cloud-service integration, defines requirements and feature specifications, supports cybersecurity and safety standards, produces technical documentation, and coordinates with software, hardware, cybersecurity, cloud, and supplier teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least two years of progressive experience in complex automotive or similar electrical software systems, and one year each in infotainment/embedded-systems architecture and cloud systems integration. The position is hybrid, requires onsite presence four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $74,300 to $166,200.
