General Mechanical Corporation is hiring a full-time Federal Construction Estimator to work remotely in the Eastern or Central Time zones, with Central Florida preferred. The role involves preparing federal construction cost estimates, analyzing construction documents and specifications, managing pre-bid and subcontractor proposals, coordinating with project teams, and reporting project status. Candidates need at least five years of federal construction estimating experience, strong research and negotiation skills, drawing-review and quantity-takeoff ability, and occasional travel. Compensation is $75,000 to $110,000 plus benefits.
