Description
The client is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent for hands-on field leadership on federal construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic and DMV region. The role manages day-to-day operations, subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, quality, safety, deliveries, and coordination with government personnel, while overseeing self-perform labor and contract documents. Candidates need at least five years of superintendent or comparable field leadership experience, federal construction knowledge, construction-document interpretation skills, scheduling software familiarity, and OSHA 30 certification; federal project experience and CQM-C or EM 385-1-1 experience are preferred. The position pays $95,000 to $140,000 per year and requires in-person work.
