Description
EnduroSat is hiring a Federal Contracting Lawyer to serve as the founding legal leader for its United States operations. The role owns the full federal contracting lifecycle, including proposals, negotiations, awards, execution, and closeout; ensures FAR and DFARS compliance; advises on ITAR/EAR matters; negotiates with government agencies and defense primes; structures teaming agreements and subcontracts; supports public procurement proposals; and builds a legal team. The position is based in Los Angeles, California, begins remotely, and transitions to a fully on-site arrangement over time. It requires a J.D., an active United States law license, and at least seven years of federal contracting or related legal experience in aerospace or defense.
