Description
Kaizen is hiring a Federal Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end implementations for federal customers, including discovery, scoping, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, go-live, and post-launch support. The role works inside classified and accredited environments, partners with engineering on Foundry, AIP, and Maven Smart System integrations, translates customer needs into rollout plans and technical workflows, and builds implementation playbooks and change-management processes. Candidates need at least five years of SaaS implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, or product-adjacent delivery experience, technical fluency with APIs and data models, and an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance with United States citizenship. The position is hybrid and based out of Washington, DC.
