HDR is hiring a Federal Project Manager Engineering to lead and manage engineering programs and projects for Department of Defense and other federal agency clients, including NAVFAC, USACE, USAF, and NGB. The role oversees multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, construction support, and project close-out; manages scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality assurance, client relationships, marketing, proposals, contracts, and financial reviews. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least seven years of related experience including two years in project management, a recognized professional engineering license, MS Office and MS Project experience, leadership skills, and the ability to pass a governmental background check for a DoD Common Access Card.
