The Site Project Manager II manages site-specific post-go-live transition readiness projects for healthcare organizations, coordinating Oracle Health Readiness Team activities, project plans, timelines, events, risks, and readiness checklists. The role works with internal and external stakeholders, supports EHR transition readiness, and requires substantial travel. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare or informatics field, at least three years of healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation/project management experience, and hands-on Oracle Health/Cerner solution experience; a master’s degree and EHR transition experience are preferred. The role offers a US hiring range of $28.41 to $56.83 per hour, or $59,100 to $118,200 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
