HDR is hiring a Federal Proposal Manager to support U.S. Government federal pursuits, especially Department of Defense programs, by developing capture and win strategies, coordinating proposal and interview materials, managing schedules and compliance, leading quality reviews and debriefs, mentoring staff, and communicating HDR’s capabilities. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a governmental background check, potential DoD Common Access Card clearance, relevant A/E/C industry experience, sales and proposal expertise, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
