Description

Baker Tilly is seeking a Federal Tax Senior Associate to join their fast-growing public accounting firm. This role involves providing industry-focused tax advisory and compliance services to middle-market clients, focusing on S-corporations, partnerships, individuals, and corporations. The associate will participate in tax research, draft IRS responses, and collaborate on special projects related to corporate and flow-through taxation. They will also communicate with specialty tax practices on various tax matters and contribute to client strategy discussions.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Previous Experiences: 3 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications: CPA or JD license preferred
Two (2)+ years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm
Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
Microsoft Suite skills
Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
