Central Oregon Community College is hiring a Federal Work-Study Student Technology Assistant to provide Tier 1 technology support to students on the Bend campus. The role handles inquiries through in-person, phone, email, chat, and service desk channels; troubleshoots computer hardware and software issues; documents work in SysAid tickets; follows computer lab and security procedures; and provides customer service. The position pays $15.55-$16.05 per hour, requires federal work-study eligibility and satisfactory academic progress, and may require flexible evening, weekend, or night availability.
