High Point is hiring a part-time Fee for Service Facilitator for its Massachusetts Impaired Driving program in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The role facilitates psychoeducational groups using an assigned curriculum, completes client intakes, records attendance and group notes, prepares progress reports, and supports program safety and staff collaboration. It is a remote position requiring flexible nighttime and weekend availability, with a schedule of four hours per week and potential group and intake work up to two times weekly. The position requires relevant substance-use counseling education or certification, supervised counseling experience, therapeutic boundaries, confidentiality compliance, and de-escalation certification.
