Description
The Feed Mill Operator will tend, operate, and oversee mill areas including receiving, batching, production, and loadout; receive feed, load trucks, maintain the mill, operate computer automation systems, set rolls, check pellets, maintain inventory, operate forklifts, and complete production and activity reports. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of related experience, forklift certification, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment. It is a full-time second-shift position in northeast Indiana and southern Michigan, with pay of $22–$24 and health, vision, and dental insurance.
