Description
The Safety Intern will support safety programs across feed mill and swine farm operations for a 10-12 week internship, reporting to the Safety Team. Responsibilities include conducting safety risk inspections and audits, assisting with safety training and meetings, developing safety procedures and training materials, and supporting safety projects. The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability to work in agricultural and manufacturing environments, strong computer skills, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors; current students pursuing safety, occupational health, agriculture, environmental health, or a related field are preferred.
