Description
The Feed Production Operator will operate WEM computer equipment and other mixing, batching, cracker, flaker, pellet mill, and distribution equipment to receive ingredients, batch and mix feeds, and route them to the packing line according to Akralos formulations and quality procedures. The role works the second shift Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., includes a $2 per hour shift differential, and requires physical work, safety procedures, quality checks, and potential overtime. A high school diploma or GED is required, while prior manufacturing experience is preferred; the position also offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
