Land O'Lakes is hiring a remote, field-based Feed Sales Representative - Cattle to support and grow livestock and lifestyle product sales within the Harrisonburg, Virginia territory. The role involves visiting farms and facilities, evaluating cattle producers’ feeding programs, recommending Purina-backed solutions, developing dealer and co-op relationships, conducting educational events, and using CRM and analytics tools. Candidates should have 0–3 years of experience, strong agricultural and customer-service interest, and the ability to travel 5–10% overnight plus daily travel in the assigned geography. Compensation is a base salary of $53,000–$65,000 plus a $10,000 target bonus, with benefits for most full-time employees.
