Land O'Lakes is hiring an Entry Level Livestock/Lifestyle Product Specialist, also titled Feed Sales Representative - Equine, to support and grow livestock and lifestyle product sales in the Harrisonburg, Virginia territory. The role focuses on equine and companion animal customers, evaluates feeding programs, recommends Purina-backed nutritional solutions, builds dealer and co-op relationships, conducts farm visits and on-site demonstrations, and manages a book of business in a remote field-based environment. Candidates should have 0–3 years of experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and may have a pending bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field; a degree is strongly desired. The position offers a base salary of $53,000–$65,000 plus a $10,000 target bonus and includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, life and disability insurance, education assistance, and a 401(k).
