ALAIKA is hiring Fellows for a 3 to 6 month fellowship starting in April 2027, based in Munich with offices also in Barcelona. The role sits within ALAIKA Advisory, a Financial Services strategy consulting and company-building firm focused on strategy, data and AI, and cybersecurity. Fellows will work directly with decision-makers on strategic and technology challenges, own deliverables end-to-end, and help co-build the firm while developing consulting, analytical, interpersonal, and business skills. Strong academic performance, prior high-pressure internship or working-student experience, leadership, data-driven thinking, and fluency in English and German are emphasized; successful fellows may receive a full-time offer after graduation with partner-track potential.
