Boston Scientific is hiring a Fellow Engineer to lead exploratory medical device research and development in cardiovascular therapies, catheter-based technologies, and interventional devices. The role advances concepts from ideation through exploratory design transfer, develops intellectual property, manages multiple projects, evaluates technologies and manufacturing processes, supports prototyping and testing, and provides technical leadership to downstream product development teams. The position is onsite in Maple Grove, Minnesota, requires at least 12 years of medical device engineering experience, and offers a base salary of $125,800 to $239,000.
