Description
The Medicine Fellowship Program Coordinator supports the administrative and operational functions of accredited fellowship programs within the Department of Medicine. The role coordinates recruitment, accreditation, evaluations, educational events, trainee support, program documentation, and fellowship onboarding; it also maintains confidential records, program databases, and accreditation records. The position requires at least three years of administrative, office management, program coordination, or related experience, with academic healthcare and graduate medical education experience preferred, along with strong organizational, communication, project management, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills.
