Description
CACI is hiring a full-time FEMA ITSA Project Manager to support the FEMA ITSA 3.0 program by partnering with mission owners and stakeholders across FEMA headquarters and regional offices. The role conducts discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and operational analyses to map mission-critical functions, quantify outage impacts, identify pain points, evaluate business processes and user experiences, and develop defensible modernization recommendations and prioritization inputs. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 15+ years of relevant experience, DHS Entry on Duty clearance, and up to 10% local travel; the proposed salary range is $105,100-$231,100.
