Description
The Fermentation Operator conditions, formulates, and monitors agave must to maintain optimal fermentation conditions and process efficiency. The role includes pumping must between vats, adding nutrients, recording process data, reporting deviations, preparing daily reports, following safety and cleaning procedures, participating in training, and supporting other operational positions. Candidates should have basic knowledge of alcoholic fermentation, production-process experience, and preferably experience in tequila or other beverage production.
