Elanco is hiring a Fermentation Process Operator for its Speke manufacturing site in Liverpool, United Kingdom. The full-time, shift-based role operates and maintains cGMP fermentation equipment across mash preparation, seed room, and fermenter operations; monitors process quality, sterility, yield, and deviations; performs sampling and analytical activities; supports material handling and waste disposal; conducts fault finding and preventive maintenance; and contributes to continuous improvement, EHS, and operational documentation. The role requires manufacturing or process-operations experience and offers a competitive edge through fermentation, cGMP, SAP, PI, maintenance, root-cause analysis, and forklift experience.
