Description
Bluestem Biosciences is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fermentation Technician to join their production team at the demo plant. The technician will be responsible for preparing, performing, and operating the facility's fermentation systems, bridging the gap between scale-up phases by maintaining familiarity with both lab-scale and demo-scale fermenters and analytical equipment. This role involves monitoring equipment, taking process samples, making real-time adjustments, analyzing run data for improvements, troubleshooting deviations, and supporting demo plant commissioning.
