Curaleaf is hiring a Fertigation Supervisor for its Webster cultivation facility in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The role oversees irrigation and nutrient feeding operations, installs and repairs irrigation systems, develops crop nutrient programs, monitors soil moisture and water quality, troubleshoots system alarms, maintains SOPs and inventory, and leads and trains the fertigation team. The position pays $57,000 per year, runs Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM, and requires one year of supervisory experience, one year growing cannabis in a regulated facility, and one year of irrigation, plumbing, or similar experience.
