Description
The role leads the internal manufacturing operation of approximately 50 employees and subordinate managers, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost performance while developing processes, organizational structures, and workflows. Responsibilities include automation, digitalization, and investment projects; ERP and MES process optimization, particularly PSI Penta; budgeting and cost-control; KPI analysis; and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a relevant engineering or industrial engineering degree, extensive manufacturing and leadership experience, process and Lean-management expertise, ERP/MES knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.
