Description
The role leads approximately 35 employees in a production environment and is responsible for planning and controlling production processes, developing the team, monitoring machine utilization and availability, implementing quality and safety standards, and continuously improving processes and equipment. It requires a technical qualification, leadership experience, strong technical and computer skills, and good German. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and starts immediately.
