LDC is hiring a Fertilizers Trader to connect strategy, sourcing, and commercial execution across the fertilizer value chain. The role involves defining purchase strategies, making trading decisions, identifying arbitrage and value-capture opportunities, monitoring global fertilizer and related markets, analyzing supply and demand fundamentals, managing exposure and risk, supporting S&OP and business planning, and preparing market reports and presentations. Candidates should have trading or commodity-sales experience, pricing and profitability expertise, negotiation experience, strong Excel skills, and an understanding of global supply and demand dynamics; fertilizer, chemicals, or agricultural-input experience and a relevant degree are desirable.
