SQ1 Living is hiring a founding FF&E Design Manager to design and specify six to eight curated furniture, lighting, textiles, art, and kitchenware packages across multiple apartment sizes. The role sources and negotiates with suppliers, approves samples, costs and prices packages, manages margins, produces or directs visual assets, and plans the transition to SQ1’s own manufactured product line. The position requires at least five years of FF&E design experience, strong curation judgment, commercial product thinking, and the ability to work in a small founding team; it is office-based in Cyprus and offers compensation matching the experience and commercial impact of the role.
