Description
Rising Ground is hiring a full-time Education Specialist to provide educational advocacy for elementary-age students and their families, monitor academic performance, connect students with tutoring and extracurricular activities, maintain student records in the Care 4 platform, coordinate with schools and case-planning partners, and support middle-school application processes. The role is based in Brooklyn or Bronx and requires in-person work at least three days per week, with a bachelor’s degree, child welfare knowledge, computer proficiency, and English-Spanish bilingual ability preferred.
