Description
The Homefinding Supervisor supports the Homefinding Manager in overseeing foster home recruitment, certification, recertification, and placement activities while ensuring compliance with ACS, OCFS, and agency regulations. The role supervises Homefinding staff, manages reports, tracking systems, records, and data, assists with foster child placements and emergencies, supports stakeholder and parent meetings, and promotes culturally responsive practices. It is a full-time field and cooperative-office position in New York City with assigned Monday-through-Friday hours, travel to other Rising Ground Sites as required, and authorization to work in the United States.
