FFC - Sociotherapist at Rising Ground

Rising Ground is hiring a full-time field-based Clinical Support Specialist to provide direct therapeutic interventions, behavioral management, developmental support, and daily care coordination for children with complex needs in the foster care system. The role includes home visits, case conferences, treatment-plan implementation, crisis and respite planning, documentation in CONNECTIONS, and coordination with treatment teams, foster parents, and community resources. The position is based in the 1333 Broadway office in Midtown Manhattan, with in-person work in New York City at least three days per week and possible travel to other Rising Ground sites.
