Description
The Controllership Manager leads the controllership function for a cluster of entities or a single entity, overseeing accurate management reporting, balance-sheet integrity, statutory and tax compliance, audit support, and process improvement. The role also manages, mentors, and develops cluster finance accountants. It requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, at least seven years of controllership, accounting, or finance operations experience in multinational environments, and proficiency with financial software such as SAP or FCC(Oracle).
