Google is hiring an FIA Execution Program Manager (Execution TPgM) to govern and support the end-to-end lifecycle of Field Integration Assembly projects in the Nordics region. The role leads specialty contractor onboarding, tender and delivery workflows, on-site installation compliance, IFC and technical submission reviews, basis-of-design deviation analyses, inventory and manufacturing-milestone tracking, and the shift toward modular, prefabricated data-center construction. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent practical experience, plus five years of technical program management, construction execution, or project governance experience in data-center environments. The position is based in Dublin, Ireland or London, United Kingdom, with a disclosed base salary of €118,000–€120,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
