Fiber Design Technician responsible for managing and implementing technical OSP/ISP data into FirstLight's GIS platform, creating construction prints and splice plans, updating as-built records, supporting field teams, and participating in an on-call rotation to assist NOC and Fiber Construction Engineers during outages. The role requires clear cross-department communication, adherence to company standards, participation in project meetings and continuous improvement efforts, and support for service-related projects and emergency fiber impairment responses.
