Description
Pilot is hiring a Fiber Network Construction Manager to lead fiber-network construction projects and manage daytime and evening field operations, including installations, outage response, and customer service. The role oversees construction teams and vendors, improves operational processes and data reporting, coordinates back-office construction operations, and sets quality, safety, and workmanship standards. Candidates need at least five years of construction experience, three years of people-management experience, strong project-management and technical skills, and a proven record of retaining and developing talent. The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), commuter and wellness reimbursement, and competitive PTO.
