Description
The Fiber Utilization Planning Analyst optimizes fiber consumption across AFL’s cable manufacturing network through data-driven planning, yield analysis, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination. The individual contributor develops fiber conversion and consumption strategies, governs inventory and planning assumptions, supports S&OP and IBP processes, and provides analytical recommendations to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and Commercial teams. The role is office-based with regular production-floor interaction and occasional support outside standard hours.
