Fiber Project Manager role leading field teams and managing the full lifecycle of fiber optic network projects, including new site development and facility modifications. The position combines personnel leadership, project strategy, financial oversight, stakeholder coordination, QA/QC, and technical support for fiber engineering and construction work.
