E-3 Technical Solutions is hiring a full-time Fiber Splicer / Field Operations Technician for nationwide, travel-based fiber optic network deployment and maintenance. The role involves installing, splicing, testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and maintaining fiber infrastructure; interpreting schematics; managing tools and consumables; and collaborating with engineering, construction, and project teams. Candidates need practical field experience with fiber installation, splicing, and testing, along with knowledge of OTDRs, power meters, and fusion splicers. The position requires extensive travel, including three- to four-week periods away, and offers $15-$35 compensation, paid travel, and per diem.
