Description
The Manufacturing Operator performs production equipment operation and manufacturing tasks according to work instructions and schedules, maintains a safe and organized work area, follows safety and quality procedures, and supports team operations. The role requires reading technical drawings and assembly procedures, working overtime and various shifts, and lifting or moving materials up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing, warehouse, or machine-shop experience are preferred, along with attention to detail, reliability, problem-solving ability, and willingness to cross-train.
