Description
The Production Operator performs manufacturing equipment operations, completes production tasks with minimal supervision, maintains work areas and equipment, and follows company health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures. The role requires independent and team work, adaptability to cross-training, attention to detail, problem-solving, reliability, and the ability to work overtime and shift schedules. Physical duties include standing and walking for up to 12 hours, bending and stooping, repetitive movements, and regularly lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and applicants must pass drug and background screenings.
