Description
The Fiberglass Technician performs structural and cosmetic fiberglass repairs on watercraft, including gel coat and paint restoration, color matching, fabrication, fairing, finishing, and component removal and reinstallation. The role also involves selecting and ordering materials, maintaining inventory, documenting work, communicating with supervisors and other stakeholders, and following safety standards. The position requires at least two years of relevant fiberglass trade or industry experience and involves outdoor work around water with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
