The role involves scheduling and traveling to customer sites, monitoring and inspecting roof installations, training applicator personnel, investigating warranty claims, assisting sales personnel, and performing hands-on hot-air welding and repair work. The position requires 2–5 years of roofing or roof-inspection experience, knowledge of single-ply roofing systems and building codes, and 70–80% travel.
