SNP Transformations, Inc. is hiring a Consulting Manager to lead enterprise SAP consulting and transformation projects, manage budgets and team capacity, acquire projects and customers, and provide strategic finance and SAP implementation consulting. The role requires extensive hands-on SAP experience, including S/4HANA, ERP transformation, project methodology, cross-functional manufacturing integration, third-party consultant management, and complex global IT organizations. A bachelor’s degree, 8–10 years of experience in a SLT organization, and at least five full-cycle ERP transformation projects are required; the position must be located in the United States.
